Severe weather, natural disasters, the COVID-19 pandemic, and other conditions beyond our control can occasionally disrupt USPS and UPS shipping services and cause significant delays. Below are the best possible shipping timeframes we can provide but cannot guarantee. 

 

General FAQ’s

Can I get an item I am purchasing signed by Brian and/or Keri?

Yes! Brian and/or Keri are happy to sign orders if you note the following information in your order comments:

  1. What product do you want signed?
  2. Who do you want to sign the product?
  3. Where do you want the signature written on the product?

*Please note, personalization requests for Brian/Keri may delay shipping up to 1-2 weeks*

What size shirt does Brian wear? 

Brian currently wears our 5XL shirts.

What do I do if I am unsure on what size to order?

Please email us at info@shawstrength.com so we can setup a time to connect with you over the phone and support you however we can!

What types of payment methods do you accept?

All prices are listed in US Dollars. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Sezzle payments. 

 

Shipping FAQ’s

What days do you ship out orders?

We ship orders on business days only and they typically begin tracking within 1-3 business days from when your order is placed. If your order has a requested personalization from Brian and/or Keri, this can delay shipping between 1-2 weeks. The guidelines above are just an estimated timeline and cannot be guaranteed.

What happens if my order is lost in transit or does not get delivered to me?

We do our best to help in all situations, but we cannot be held liable due to errors committed by USPS or UPS, and/or addresses entered incorrectly at checkout. If a package is undeliverable/unclaimed/damaged/missing, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the shipping service directly. Shaw Strength, Evolution Athletics and Undefined Nutrition (Shaw Strength Inc.) is not responsible for lost, unclaimed, damaged, missing and/or undeliverable packages.

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes! All three companies ship worldwide from Colorado, USA via UPS. 

We currently do not ship our protein products to Germany, Italy, Spain, or the UK due to custom restrictions.

Do I have to pay extra to receive my order before it is delivered to me internationally?

Please be advised that some countries may apply an import tax, customs fee, duty and/or similar cost that is not associated with any of our companies. Shaw Strength, Evolution Athletics and Undefined Nutrition (Shaw Strength Inc.) are not responsible for this fee, nor is it covered by a shipping and handling fee. This will be at the cost of the customer and out of the control of our companies.

Packages can also be delayed in the delivery process or returned to the sender if import tax, customs fee, duty and/or similar costs are not paid. Shaw Strength, Evolution Athletics and Undefined Nutrition (Shaw Strength Inc.) is not financially responsible for packages returned to the sender. 


Sizing FAQ’s

What size men’s shirts do you sell and what material are they made from?

Shaw Strength and Evolution Athletics shirts are sold in sizes Small – 5XL and are made from 50% Cotton and 50% Polyester. Please visit our Size Guides located on the individual product pages. 

Undefined Nutrition shirts may vary by size and material.

Do you sell women’s clothing and if so, what are the size offerings?

Yes, we do on Shaw Strength and Evolution Athletics! Our sizes vary depending on the product but range anywhere between Small – 2XL. Please visit our Size Guides located on the individual product pages.


Return FAQ’s

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

We would be happy to accept a return/exchange on items that are only tried on, not damaged/worn continuously, washed or not personalized. You can mail it back to 90 N 4th Ave #322, Brighton, CO 80601. Please be sure to include it in its original packaging along with your order number and reason for the return/exchange. Once we receive the return/exchange we will either issue a refund for returned items or exchange the item and send it back to you. We will refund through the payment method you utilized to make the purchase. If you want to expedite the process you can order your new size now and return the item(s) that do not fit for a refund.

Clothing products or unopened supplements must be returned within 30 days of purchase. We cannot accept returns on opened supplement products. 

Do you offer return labels?

We do not provide shipping labels for returns. Please email info@shawstrength.com for a code to utilize for free shipping for domestic orders on your new order following a return.

Where do I send back returns?

We recommend shipping via USPS as FedEx and UPS do not ship to PO boxes and the below address is a PO Box:

You can mail it back to 90 N 4th Ave #322, Brighton, CO 80601. 

Please be sure to include it in its original packaging along with your order number and reason for the return. If you no longer have the original order sheet or information, please just include a note with the name and email address associated with the order.

Do you offer store credit on returns?

Currently, we do not offer store credit. Once we receive the return we will process and refund, as well as reach out to confirm everything. We will refund through the payment method you utilized to make the purchase, and this can take up to 10 business days to reflect back on your account. 

 

Shipping and Return Policies

Something not right? Please let us know and we’ll get it fixed as soon as possible. Our customers and the support they receive is of upmost priority to us!

● We are happy to accept returns/exchanges and will help with shipping a new
size/new order (US only) – please email us at info@shawstrength.com for help
with shipping new orders for a size change.

● Returned/exchanged item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains, not
include personalization’s or signs of wear. All labels and original packaging must
be included for returns. Supportive gear can be tried on but not worn for training.

● All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken.

● You have 30 days from the date you received your items to make a return.

● Orders part paid on card & gift card will receive refunds to the gift card first.

Shaw Strength, Evolution Athletics and Undefined Nutrition (Shaw Strength Inc.) are not
responsible for shipping costs associated with returns and/or new orders located
outside of the US.

 

Care of Gear

-We recommend hand washing in cold water only or with a very mild detergent that has
no softeners or additives. You may also spot treat if you would like as well. Fabric
softeners and detergents with additives can break down the loop side of the velcro
making it very difficult for the hook to attach to the loop. We highly discourage machine
washing or drying all of our gear. Machine washing or drying our products can
compromise the fabric and therefore void any type of replacement.

90 Day Wear and Tear Policy

-We do have a 90 day wear and tear policy for all of our products. While we do our very
best to provide quality products that last as long as possible, we do not know how
individuals use them, how often and how they are stored when not in use. We do
however, handle these case by case and will always do what we feel is best for the
customer.

Returns That Cannot Be Put Back into Inventory

-We ask that when you return your products to us that they are in the same condition
they arrived to you. If an item cannot be placed back into inventory you may only
receive a partial refund. If this happens you will be notified by email of why you are not
receiving a full refund.
