Absolutely love these. Brian nailed it in the description video: the rebound on pressing movements is incredible. I've also been using them when I deadlift. I try to be conscious of not pulling with my biceps and putting them at risk of tearing, and torquing these straps down keeps the arms locked out. They're tough to get on by yourself (obviously) but the adjustable compression is awesome!! Highly recommend.
Sleeves were really tight at first. Couldn’t get it up my forearm with the 3xl. But honestly any high quality elbow sleeve isn’t going to give you much give. Tried a bunch of tricks but what I found the most helpful is if you take the straps off and do the roll up method of the top and bottom and then get a good grip and it’s much easier to slide on and then I put the straps on after. It’s a pain I know but if you have serious elbow issues after many years of hard training you need a tight sleeve. If you’re just sliding them on easy do you even have elbow issues lol very happy with them. Everyone involved made it a great experience. They answered all my questions through email. Excited to get the knee sleeves next.
I had been using the extreme elbow sleeves 3xl for 10 months to great effect particularly on shoulder pressing- I also use the extreme knee sleeve on shoulder pressing. I guess I put on some arm size because I needed to size up. I looked at a lot of other options but ultimately felt I didn’t need a change in design just another size.

I broke my humerus a year and a half ago and have suffered elbow pain ever since when I press. These sleeves are incredible. It’s the first time I’ve bench pressed pain free since it happened. I’ve tried other elbow sleeves but they didn’t help. This is the second order I’ve made from Shaw Strength. Both times the products were top quality (best shaker cup on the market and great t-shirts) and the order was filled quickly. I love supporting this business.

Yes they are tight, they take time to break. He advertised that they are tight. It's to protect elbows on heavy lifts while giving some spring in the elbow. I am 5'10 270 lbs and I have the 3x and they are tight. Use long needle nose to help pull them on like you would for knee wraps. If you still have problems leave them in the warm car. The material will stretch a little easier. I think they work exactly as advertised. At 39 years old lifting heavy since 15 I'm banged up. These keep everything in place while offering warmth.

Brian, Kerry, and the Team must be from a different era. An era when American companies sold great products that anyone could be proud of. Every item I've bought has been excellent by any comparison. These are the 2ply sleeves, which are killer but I can't even wait till the power sleeves arrive. Thanks for all the recent sales and swag as well.
Easier than wraps
Love the elbow sleeves, ordered a size up from my normal measurements because they run tight. Materials are great , even with a size up is a little hard to put on but it’s because of the good thick materials and it will probably losen up a little after multiple uses. Would recommend it, especially people with elbow issues like myself (tennis elbow).

These are the first sleeves ive tried for working out. I've had tendinitis lately and wanted to protect my other arm and support the affected one. These seem to dona great job with supporting my elbows! It has taken some getting used to working out with them, I had to figure out the placement on the arm so they dont pinch, after I got that situated they feel great. The adjustable straps really help dialing in the pressure needed, although even loosened up all the way sometimes I feel like my circulation is being cut some, at the same time if I went to a bigger size I dont feel I would get the right affect of getting support , may be a learning curve on my end. The quality of the stitching seems like it will be very durable. They are a pain to get off after a long workout be warned!
The bench feels so much better with these bad boys on. Took my elbow pain away and I feel more stable. WORTH EVERY PENNY!!
These were more snug than I expected so I should’ve moved up a size but man the stability in my elbow which I’ve spent 6 months rehabbing was next level!!! Will absolutely love breaking these things in more and using the heck out of em.

Great for any pressing movement. The straps allow for plenty of adjustment allowing for comfortable movement through working sets and Support for effort max effort pressing attempt's.
These sleeves are a little cumbersome for dynamic movement but for static pressing are crazy good! 5/5
I fractured my radial head about 3 months ago. Once I was healed I still had issues with stability and just a general lack of confidence when working out. I got the wrap and… man it worked so well. I can’t say enough about the product Brain made. My stability and confidence to lift heavy is back. I should got the XL, but I should have got the 2XL as I was closer to the top end on measurements for XL.

This is my second set of sleeves as they are an absolute must for my heavy ( all things being relative). I have dislocated my Ulna and radius in both arms, more times that I care to think from Martial Arts and these sleeves keep my joints in place and are super comfortable and adjustable. Thanks for such a great product.

I ordered the sleeves in a medium per the sizing chart. They were a bit too small, so I opted to exchange them for the large size. I would definitely suggest to go a size larger than what is listed in the sizing guide. Outside of the sizing issue, they are fantastic. They fit well and are very comfortable. The customer service was phenomenal and made exchanging the sleeves easy and straightforward. Very happy with the purchase, and I will definitely be returning for any lifting gear needs that I may have in the future.

They don't slip. They are long enough and fit just right. the material really grips. We’ll see how long they last. Beats the shit outta the strong elbow sleeves I have used for four years.
I got these to replace a couple other sleeves - old SBD that didn't add much and some new Cerberus triple ply that were good, but took 3 people to get me in and out of. These are incredibly solid and well made. The straps let me adjust the tension based on my lift. My buddy and I both used my pair at a comp recently and added a rep each to our log series, so mission accomplished. He's buying his own now!
i was pleasantly surprised when i ordered one sleeve, been having some elbow soreness with the heavy weights lately. low and behold TWO sleeves show up, i ordered a kit , not just a sleeve. needless to say Brian Shaw hit these out of the park, as my elbow soreness is gone, and the sleeves fit great, and operate as designed. fantastic product! These run crazy small. Witch I find odd seeing as they are a Shaw product. That being said these are great but I'll soon be out of the 4X and no where to go from there seeing these are the largest size.

The sleeves work great! Awesome support. They do run a little small. I went by the guide and ordered a size up 3XL, because my biceps are right at 19 inches. I have to have someone else help me put them on with a little baby powder. 4XL probably would have been a perfect fit.
