Let's talk about the cool photo that Brian sends with orders. I know most people keep photos of their wives or kids in that little clip on the visor of their cars. But to harness true power on a daily basis I clip that picture to my visor. Now to the shorts. I am 39 and have been powerlifting since I was 15. I have for the last 6 months had the most excruciating hip pain on both sides everytime I barbell back squated. I've tried everything but every leg day squat was out. I was showing some of the guys competing in our local strongman competition the Evolution strongman belt. I came across the compression shorts and showed my wife. She grabbed my credit card and said get them now. Shipping was the speed of light. Got them super quick. Nice and thick, like wearing a giant knee sleeve on you whole lower body. Got warmed up and went to town. To my surprise they worked. No hip pain. Now the material also has an added layer sown over the crotch and taint area. This is crucial for guys with big legs and big butts. Guys you know what I mean. The squat down and material rip sound we've all heard. These will not due that and they have gone to great lengths to reinforce areas that are known to be compromised. Super tight fit but not to the point of hurting or being uncomfortable. Material is thick enough that even though they are tight no one will see your pee pee bulged through the shorts. All around worth the money. If your getting middle aged or your in the old fat and sassy category these shorts are a must. If your young and don't want to have hip pain at 39 then get these shorts while you train. Trust me I wish I listened to the old guys when I was a teen and into my 20s. Evolution through Shaw Strength makes equipment that not only works but is comfortable for all forms of training.
Great shorts. Longer than most strongman shorts which I like. The seam had a little damage but nothing that will affect the performance. I can’t wait to wear them in my competition.
The best shorts for taking your training to another level. The tightness of the shorts really helps with engagement out of the hole on the deadlift or any other high pressure bracing lift. My favorite part about this shorts is using them for contest, can be very tricky timing warmups back stage to your contest opener. With these shorts is adds a lot of buffer time because they help keep your legs warm. These are a must if you want to be a better athlete.

Quite snug but durable material. I workout in a colder shop in winter time and these will help keep warmer and support lower body movements. A bit of a chore to squeeze into but mobility isn't lost.

Every once in a while a product that does not function properly slips through quality control. I had an issue with the pair I received, and emailed customer service with a photo. Rockstar service rep "TJ"sent me the tracking number for a new pair within hours of the original complaint I sent. The new ones are perfect.
These are the best quality. I had the cerberus ones that were not made very well.
I am right on the line of being either an XL or a L in size. I went for the XL and they fit wonderfully. Not quite as much compression as I might want for really heavy days, but they work pretty great for all but my heaviest sessions. For those, I’m definitely ordering another pair in a size down. They feel awesome. They don’t slide around. They look great (the wife loves them lol). Thanks for making another great product!

I like them. Unfortunately my ass is never big enough to fill out these type of briefs. My old rehband did the same thing. Left me a wrinkly ass! I like the tightness above the knees. Much heavier design then rehband. Looking forward to wearing them.

Wore them for the first time today and have to say they make a huge difference. I have 2 torn up hips but still love lifting heavy. With the added compression from these shorts that will be possible for much longer with the mental confidence that things will be held in place. Will be buying more.
I’ve owned a pair for the last couple weeks and I absolutely love them. They’re very thick, heavy duty, warm, they fit perfectly. I own a pair of rehband shorts which I liked but after getting these I will likely not use the rehbands often. I like the length and thickness of these shorts a lot. The waistband is very sturdy, all the threading is very well done, they look great, I couldn’t say enough good things about them. This was a worthwhile investment and will be a permanent peice of gear in my gym bag.
Hello, I just got my shorts (large) I have a 36 inch waist. I was not lifting heavy I am quite weak. On the left leg, front seem they are starting to rip bout a pencil size hole. These things are great I’m going to buy another pair in the coming weeks, I am assuming I got a lemon pair I’ve never had a problem with any gear from EA.

Awesome shorts really good compression, and with my disability I need all the support I can get , highly recommend these for anyone who lift I even bought my niece a pair and she loves them
6’1” 300lbs. 44” waist XXL. I noticed they were a touch long then I realized I’m wearing them too low. They should be sitting higher on back and stomach. So now that I got that figured out they are amazing. And maybe it’s my imagination but the more I wear them the more custom fit they feel. Majorly helped my lower back muscles stay loose during training and shows. I had doubts but Shaw really has some good gear.
Just got these and put them through a very heavy leg day. They fit well, nicely supportive but still easy to move. Definitely worked well for compression/keeping my muscle nice and warm. Only used them once so far but the construction looks to be very high quality. Definitely happy with my purchase.
So I am a novice strongman heading into my first competition. Was a bit on the fence about purchasing compression / performance shorts since they are pricey but I am glad I did. I am a 42 waist and also glad I went size down (XL). Have not yet worked out in them but just by putting them on they do provide support without inhibiting movement. Feels warm and comfy as well!
Including these, I’ve tried the three top strongman shorts on the market (the others being red and blue in colour;) these are by far the best. I’ve got both the original edition of these and this new grey pair and second edition is better than the first, both in construction and performance. Customer performance is second-to-none as well.
