Something is not right? Let us know — we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
Our customers and their satisfaction are our top priority.

Because we are a small company with limited inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges. However, we gladly accept returns and will help you place a new order for the correct size. We will cover shipping on your replacement order, depending on stock availability (U.S. only). Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective. 

How to Start a Return:

To start a return, email us at info@shawstrength.com or follow the instructions on your receipt. Customers outside the U.S. must pay for all return shipping costs.

Return Conditions:

Return Window

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Item Condition

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • All original labels and packaging must be intact.
  • Supportive gear can be tried on, but not used for training.
  • Items with removed or cut size labels cannot be returned.

Final Sale

  • Personalized items are strictly final sale.

Refund Process

  • Orders paid with a gift card and credit card are refunded to the gift card first.
  • All returns are subject to inspection before processing.

Undefined Nutrition Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your supplement arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised, let us know immediately. We will replace it or issue a full refund. 

What We Cannot Help With:

  • Opened supplements: Safety laws prevent us from taking back opened products.
  • Personal preference: We cannot accept returns if you simply do not like the flavor or texture.

How to Report a Problem:

Please contact info@shawstrength.com within 7 days of delivery to report an issue.

To help us resolve things quickly, please include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A short explanation of the problem

Once we review your request, we will issue a refund, replacement, or store credit.
