Something not right? Let us know — we’ll do everything we can to make it right. We are a small, family owned and operated business. Our customers and their satisfaction are our top priority. 

Evolution Athletics Return Policy

We gladly accept returns as well as offer size exchanges as long as items fall within the below criteria:

Return and Exchange Window: 

  • To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be received at Evolution Athletics / Shaw Strength within 30 days of delivery.

Item Condition:  

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.

  • All original labels and packaging must be intact.

  • Supportive gear can be tried on but not used for training.

  • Items with removed or cut size labels cannot be returned.

  • Clearance/Final Sale items are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Personalized items (signed) are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.


Refund and Exchange Process:

  • Returned items eligible for a refund will be refunded to the original form of payment. If the purchase was made with a gift card, the refund will be returned to the gift card. If the purchase was made with a combination of gift card and credit card, the refund will be returned to the gift card.

  • All returns/exchanges are subject to inspection before processing to make sure they fall within acceptable conditions.

  • Full refunds can take up to 10 business days to process to your account, but we typically see this occur much quicker. 

  • Exchanges will be handled upon receiving the returned product and request. If we can complete the request, we will ship out the replacement product immediately. If we cannot fulfill your request (due to lack of inventory), we will contact you to communicate options.

  • We do NOT cover the cost of shipping from you to us.

  • We do cover the cost of shipping from us to you with the new product – USA only.

  • For both returns and exchanges, fill out the short form at the bottom of your receipt/packing slip that came with your original order. Include this completed form, being sure to clearly state whether you want a refund or an exchange and requested new size, along with your product and mail it back to us at Evolution Athletics / Shaw Strength, 90 N 4th Ave, #322, Brighton, CO 80601. Please ship via United States Postal Service as this is a PO Box.

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your supplement arrives damaged, incorrect, or compromised, let us know immediately so we can fix the issue. 


What We Cannot Help With:

  • Opened supplements: Safety laws prevent us from taking back opened products.

  • Personal preference: We cannot accept returns if you simply do not like the flavor or texture.

How to Report a Problem:

Please contact info@shawstrength.com within 7 days of delivery to report an issue.

To help us resolve things quickly, please include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A short explanation of the problem

Once we review your request, we will issue a refund, replacement, or store credit.
