STRUCTURE™ CREATINE+ is a blend of creatine monohydrate, magnesium creatine chelates, Peak ATP, and HMB. The blend of creatine monohydrate and chelated creatine increases muscle mass and strength by providing your muscles with a larger amount of the substrates needed to produce ATP (adenosine triphosphate, the body's energy currency). Larger amounts of ATP allow the muscle to contract more often and at a faster rate, both of which contribute to increases in strength and muscle mass. Muscles are excited by the release of calcium, which serves as a trigger for muscular contraction. PEAK ATP was added to the formula because it not only increases but sustains the amount of calcium in the cell. The results are that the athletes can lift more weight and produce a greater number of reps per set. Finally, HMB was added to STRUCTURE™ CREATINE+ to help decrease the breakdown of muscle tissue, increase lean body mass, and maximize the results from resistance training.
