This pre really helps me narrow in and focus they took away I used a 300 mg pre before and I love this mixture of 100 mgs of caffeine and increased the beta alanine

The watermelon flavor is amazing! I appreciate how well it mixes in, so it doesn't require constant stirring. Additionally, I enjoy that it isn't a high-stim pre-workout, but I still feel great taking it.
Great taste, dissolves well, but my son and I struggle with Niacin Flush more than I thought we would. I will finish the container but will likely look for a different pre workout.

The pre-workout feels great for my workouts ,something that was not the best or to my liking was the taste of the pre-workout and how some leftover powder sits at the bottom of my drink when using my Shaker bottle. Overall though feels nice no weird crash and just helps me get that extra boost and finish strong.

Excellent flavor! Normally some pre-workouts have a chalky after taste, however this doesnt. Great pump and helps with the lactic acid as well! Thank you for a great product!
