I LOVE this product. It completely keeymy knees and joints from pain. If any pain at all I double the Tablespoon for a day or two and I’m good to go. Really couldn’t get along without it. It’s the BEST!!!!

I’ve been a competitive Strongwoman for 15 years and I swear this is the key to my longevity. I’m 51 years old and Recovery keeps my joints feeling 20 years younger.
My package was original not received when saying shipped. A quick message to the Keri and she was able to contact ups. Unfortunately ups never got back to me about where the package was, but Keri was able to quickly deliver me another bottle. My husband loves this product and has a meet coming up. He finished the first bottle and I was hoping the original purchase would’ve come on time. Thanks to Keri and her team we were able to receive this juice just in time for my husbands competition. He swears by this! We love this product and will continue to keep purchasing this and the vitamin packs!
I have been taking it for almost a week so not sure about the effectiveness, but the flavor is great! I have never been disappointed from anything from the Shaws and am confident this will be a game changer in the long run!

Love the company and everything Shaw! Unfortunately, this product doesn’t work for me. My joints have plenty of room for improvement, but after a full two weeks of taking 3.5 tablespoons per day, there is no noticeable benefit. I believe the HA was supposed to take effect within that time, but if it doesn’t then the bottle should at least have enough in it to see the benefit before needing to order more. Still look forward to trying other products from this company in the future
I took it and used an entire bottle and my recovery and joints felt great! I bought another bottle but unfortunately I have to have surgery on my right shoulder and therefore cannot take it for up to one week before surgery and trust me when I say that recovery has been difficult and my joints hurt. I had a whole day of leg cramps and this last week of my program is much more difficult with my joints hurting. Once my surgery is over I will use it for that recovery as well!
Odd taste, but hopefully helps with recovery.
Have only had it for a few weeks, but I like it. Taste is decent. Wish they'd include a little medicine cup or something to measure out how many mL you are pouring. I just used a regular medicine cup from a bottle of cough syrup and drink it straight from the medicine cup. The amount of HA and MSM in it, when taken at the recommended dosages, match what has been shown to be effective in published studies. Ran the label through AI and ask it to analyze it, here's what it told me: "Hyaluronic acid: effectiveness. If taken as directed: 2 tbsp/day = 150 mg HA, 3 tbsp/day = 225 mg HA. That is solidly within the evidence-supported range. MSM: effectiveness: 2 tbsp/day = 1,500 mg, 3 tbsp/day = 2,250 mg. This is now squarely in the studied therapeutic range. At 2–3 tablespoons daily (as intended): Legitimate, evidence-aligned joint and skin support. Verdict: This is a properly dosed HA + MSM supplement when used correctly, not a gimmick."
I have been using this product since it came out and am a regular customer-I go through a bottle a month (I take 2 tablespoons). As a competitive powerlifter for 30 years and a Master lifter (72 years old) my joints need all the help they can get. My orthopedic and PCP are amazed at what I do injury and pain free-no hip or knee replacements in my future! And no other joint issues either (e.g. shoulders) ! I will be a customer for life!

I love Recovery, and it’s one of the supplements you can’t tell is working until you stop taking it. Full-body fatigue, and connective tissue becomes much sorer without taking this product! I take a big swig before bed every night!
My orthopedic surgeon told me to buy "Play Again Now" several years ago for my knees and arthritis. It was wonderful I could walk again. Then they went out of business and I cried. I had debilitating pain again and could barely walk. I never gave up and researched everything to find that Shawstrength bought the formula and produces the magic product as Undefined Nutrition Recovery! After just a few days of taking it again my condition began to improve. Now after 2 months of taking 3 tbs a day I can work and walk again. Please don't stop making this product. It’s only been 2 weeks and the loading phase is over. Taste is better than anticipated, but I haven’t noticed any difference yet. Willing to give 1 more bottle a try. At $50 a bottle I’m not willing to try more than that without feeling any difference. Also would like to add the person note on my order form was a big plus for me. I’ve been using this product for about 2 months now and my body and joints feel reinvigorating. Hardly any aches or pains in my joints. Recovery time has shortened but still adhere to resting periods in between my workout sessions.
Idk whether this review goes to the Shaw strength team, or public, so I’ll start with praise for the undefined nutrition products. They’re excellent and decently priced, I think. The only constructive criticism I have is to allow the option for cheaper shipping costs. $14 for any item [over 1 pound? Idk] is quite off-putting and forces me to wait for bogo & Black Friday deals, despite wanting the product sooner. Thank you for everything. Keep up the great work!

This product is the real deal. It’s offers a big boost to my muscle and joint recovery. Unlike other HA products I’ve tried I can actually feel this one working! 5 stars.
Other than a multivitamin Recovery is the only thing I take. A few years ago my hip hurt so bad it was difficult to walk. After a week on Recovery there was a huge improvement.
I like it. I just don't take it consistently. I buy it mainly to support Brian in some way. At 68 years old my body is beat up and my heavy training days are over.
