Customer Service / Office Manager

Job Description:

The Customer Service / Office Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Shaw Strength office, supporting customer service, assisting with order fulfillment, coordinating logistics, and ensuring efficient communication between the office, warehouse and management. This individual will play a vital role in maintaining operational flow, supporting leadership, and providing exceptional service to customers and partners.

Location: Shaw Strength Headquarters – Brighton, CO


Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Support

  • Handle returns, exchanges, and order inquiries.
  • Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in person.Troubleshoot
  • customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Develop and provide reports on monthly call and email volumes.
  • Drive towards a 100% customer service rating.

Office & Administrative Duties

  • Manage office and warehouse supply inventory.
  • Print, label, and prepare shipping documents.
  • Book travel and coordinate logistics for the company.
  • Lead the planning and coordination of trade shows.
  • Prepare business reports, including data tracking and spreadsheets.

Warehouse & Shipping Support

  • Assist in warehouse operations as needed (receiving, counting, stocking).
  • Support order fulfillment using Shopify and ShipStation.
  • Collaborate closely with warehouse staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Operations & Coordination

  • Serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day operational needs.
  • Work directly with company leadership.
  • Support special projects and additional administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office management, customer service, or operations support.
  • Strong computer skills, including spreadsheet proficiency (Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon) and shipping software (ShipStation) is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year (based on experience).
  • Benefits: Potential medical coverage.
  • Vacation: 2–3 weeks paid vacation.
  • Probationary Period: 3 months

Reporting Structure:

  • Reports to: Co-Owners and President.
  • Works Closely With: Warehouse team (collaborative, not direct reports).

Schedule:

  • Full-Time, In-Person
  • Must be present in the office daily.
  • Flexibility to work the occasional weekend.
