Definitely worth it! I have a hard time digesting a lot of protein (even whey isolates) and the combo of protein sources in this gave me no issues. I mixed it with just water and it is like drinking delicious brownie batter which is a nice fix for my sweet tooth. Also anyone thinking it may be pricey I thought the same at first, but to get the same protien from something like yogurt or cottage cheese you will end up spending far more and that's for high protien yogurt (25g per serving). Just do yourself a favor and try it out!
