Joe will share technique tips and programming advice based on years of coaching in the NFL and now coaching and working closely with professional strongman athletes. Quite likely, you'll hear some behind the scenes stories about Brian over the years as Joe was Brian's boss as Brian ended his collegiate basketball career and got into coaching strength training and the eventual start of his strongman career. Nathan will share his approach to nutrition to help you fuel yourselves for ideal performance, but also make it relatable and sustainable within busy life. The session will wrap up with a question and answer.

Faqs

What is included with my ticket?

Your ticket grants access for 3 days to the Shaw Strength Summit. The 3 days include hands-on demonstrations and practice of popular strength events/lifts taught by Brian, seminars from Brian, Joe Kenn (NFL strength coach) and Nathan Payton (nutritionist), group workouts, meals and a meet and greet with signed picture from Brian. Additionally, you will receive an event T-shirt and a gift bag. If you choose the extended package, it includes a 4 hour guided tour of the Rocky Mountains on Friday, August 28th starting at 8am with the Shaw Strength team.

Are meals included?

Yes. Dinner on Friday; as well as breakfast and lunch on Saturday and Sunday, are included in your ticket. 

How do workout session signups work?

You must select your workout time slot for Saturday and Sunday when purchasing your weekend strength summit ticket. This ensures we know attendance numbers for each time slot so that we can adequately prepare appropriate equipment and weights to provide an enjoyable experience for all.

Do I need to be an advanced lifter to attend?

No, you don’t. The workouts and seminars are designed to be valuable for all levels, from novice to advanced.

Will I get to meet Brian Shaw?

Yes, every attendee will have the opportunity to meet Brian Shaw throughout the weekend, ask questions and take a personal picture that can be printed and signed at that time.

Can I take a photo with Brian?

Yes. We encourage everyone to take pictures throughout the weekend. Additionally, we will have a personal picture opportunity set up with Brian that can be printed and signed.

What should I bring?

Bring comfortable clothes that you can train in. Additionally, we recommend bringing any lifting gear for workouts, although not required.

Will event merchandise be available?

Yes, all attendees will receive a bag with some merchandise, and additional items will be available for purchase.

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are not refundable. We appreciate your understanding as we try to plan an epic weekend.

Where should I stay in Estes Park?

Lodging is not included as it allows you to personalize where you stay as well as the length of stay. We will work on providing discount options and will provide these to those who purchase tickets in a follow up email.
