Joe will share technique tips and programming advice based on years of coaching in the NFL and now coaching and working closely with professional strongman athletes. Quite likely, you'll hear some behind the scenes stories about Brian over the years as Joe was Brian's boss as Brian ended his collegiate basketball career and got into coaching strength training and the eventual start of his strongman career. The session will wrap up with a question and answer.

Nathan is most notably known in our world as the nutritionist to the strongman pros, including Brian. Along with that, Nathan has helped famous singers, bodybuilders/bikini competitors and everyday people wanting to better themselves through nutrition. Nathan will share his approach to nutrition to help you fuel yourselves for ideal performance, but also make it relatable and sustainable within busy life. The session will wrap up with a question and answer.
