Starting my gym journey as I approach 50. Adding this belt and using the "loaner gym" belt one time got me to get this evolution belt. I have improved my technique and mental lock-in. Especially impressed how much it helps my overhead press.

The Evolution Athletics belt is made from 4 ply nylon webbing. While it is soft enough to conform to your body, it also provides extreme support during deadlifts, squats or any number of different strongman events. Brian Shaw designed this belt to work perfectly on top of the Evolution Athletics support belt to provide extreme support. The attached strap is 3” wide, comes with a flexible grip logo to prevent slipping and is fed through a “D” ring so it doesn’t bunch up; all of which makes it very easy to adjust when gearing up for a big lift. The industrial strength Velcro keeps this belt in place even under the most extreme loads.To select your EA Nylon Power Belt size you will measure around the stomach area where the belt will be worn. If this belt will be worn over your Evolution Support Belt, first put on the support belt and measure around the stomach area AND support belt.
2. If you’re in between sizes, either will work. However, we recommend that you take into consideration your goals and expectations for any future physique changes.
3. Due to the adjustability of this belt, it is possible to wear a belt that is a size too small which means there will be a larger gap in the front; however, you won’t be able to wear a belt that is too large as the ends cannot overlap. Love this belt for log, sandbags really any carry movement. Must have in your gym back and at comps.
Works like a charm got a size down and it should fit for a while.

I bought the power belt a few months ago and I love it. I was talking to my son about it, so I ordered him one. He is currently serving in the US Army. He has used it several times and absolutely loves the power belt! Definitely helpful when he squats and deadlifts!!

I’ve never had the best posture with lifting, I had a belt similar to this one and have always appreciated the firmness in my lift. Great belt, highly recommended
I have used different belts of this style (Spud Inc and Cerberus), and the quality of the velcro on this belt is noticeably better in my opinion. The other brands started giving me issues of opening up mid-set after about 6-8 months, but I feel very secure wearing this.
Excellent belt very strong and comfortable, quick to tighten
The belt has been a great addition. It is really comfortable and fits great. I have used it for log presses and bent over rows. Really allowing me to be more comfortable with more weight. I really appreciate what you guys do!

Been a bigger guy iv always had to do without a belt This did not dissappoint, arrive pretty quick to uk Is comfty to wear easy to adjust, just got to get used to deadlifting with a belt now
I love the belt I should have gone down a size but i was in the midle at about 33-34 and i got the L am about 6 ft tall 214lbs but the belt still fits all a smaller size would have done is make the belt have less of a tail. I love this belt would buy again.
Very comfortable and stiff (love stiff belts). Makes bracing easy and the support it gives combine with the support belt is great
Pretty good and right fit
The best nylon belt out there, thickest ply belt and longest lasting velcro I have used. Got just about two years out of the velcro before it needed to be replaced.
I order the wrong size, it may still work but the belt is fantastic. Looks well made, I need contact to get a return going
Fits me so good and my lifts feel secure
The online sizing was perfect. I am always a little apprehensive about international sizing. The power belt pairs well with the support belt which I also purchased.
Just the right support you need with infinite micro adjustments due to the velcro. In my opinion, when in doubt on size, go a size smaller than you think or what your support belt is, just do to the build of the belt, you can only cinch so far down.
It’s a great belt especially when used with the support belt. But the Velcro only last a year before wearing down and now pops off every-time I brace against it
I recently popped the rings on the second soft belt from a certain company that many of you have used I’m sure. I wanted to try something new and as I’ve been trying items from EA I am so glad I went for this belt as my replacement. The fabric is super thick and dense which lends to amazing support, the Velcro is strong and the D ring is thick and high quality. I don’t want to jinx it but I think this belt will last for quite some time.
The Velcro is very strong, It is very thick and adds a lot of support when your deadlifting or squatting. I think it is a great belt. I would recommend this belt to anyone. I think this belt is worth it.
