Evolution Athletics elbow sleeves were designed to provide the perfect balance of warming, support, compression and rebound while still being comfortable to wear throughout your entire workout. Careful consideration was put into the material selection so that the Evolution Athletics elbow sleeves will conform to your elbow joint despite variations in bicep and forearm sizes. Designed and tested by 4X World’s Strongest Man, Brian Shaw, to provide an elbow sleeve to fit the demands of his own personal training. Sold in pairs.
How To Choose Your Sleeve Size
- To select your elbow sleeve size you will measure around the center of your elbow with a straight arm. Do NOT pull the tape overly tight but just enough to measure your elbow joint.
- If you have very large bicep or forearm muscles, you may want to order one size up.
- We recommend sizing up if you are becoming familiar with the use of support gear and/or if you will not have someone to assist you in putting on.

Giving 5 stars because the quality of the elbow sleeves is perfect, but they're too big for my arms. Measured 10.5" around my elbows and according to the fit chart I needed an xl size but theyre too loose. Needed a large size to fit properly

I followed recommended sizing and these are way too big. With a no return or exchange policy which I did know going in. But that’s why I made sure to measure my arm and go by the sizing chart.

For me, these are tight around the upper arm, loose around the forearm. They do hold around the elbow very well, much better than any other elbow sleeve I've tried. These are a great help for my tendonitis. The do make your arms want to straighten, so they are not great for every workout. They are great for lifting weights, especially chest and shoulder workouts, but not for hitting the punching bags.

Sizes were way too small. Got 3xl in both which is bigger then what I wear in SBD or Rheband and the Shaws were way small. Sucks because I can’t switch them out.

Product is well made and everything about the process was great (website, shipping time, nice note included in package). Sizing was just a little off and it's a no return product. Fortunately its on the larger size so I guess I've got more incentive to lift more.

Sleeves don't fit. It's probably my mistake. I may have measured wrong and I also didn't expect them to be that thick. I was looking for something more flexible.

Ordered these to help with some tendonitis. 2 workouts in, elbows are stable, weight is progressing again and zero aches. They fit well. The only reason for a 4 star review is I have to watch where the seam lands inside the elbow or there's minor chafing, none when pulled up correctly.

Great sleeves. Good squeeze and the top and bottom stitching doesn't cut into my arms as bad as some others I've tried. I ordered according to the size chart and they fit perfectly.
Great fit, I followed the measurement instructions and the size was spot on.
The Elbow sleeves are fantastic, and we ordered according to the size chart. My son's fit but the "old dude" has a bit bigger bicep, and I could not get it to fit properly because it does not open up on top. So, if the top portion of your arm (Bicep/Triceps area) is a bit more sizeable go up one from the elbow measurement due to the material being really sturdy and not having a ton of stretch in it. That last item is what makes them protect that joint area.

I bought these in 2021 to replace an old set of Evolution sleeves I'd had for close to 2 years. They're well made and provide great support. I had elbow pain during presses for years but now it's virtually gone.
