The same great Evolution Athletics elbow sleeves as the 5mm option, but with an additional 2mm of thickness to give additional support. Evolution Athletics elbow sleeves were designed to provide the perfect balance of warming, support, compression and rebound while still being comfortable to wear throughout your entire workout. Careful consideration was put into the material selection so that the Evolution Athletics elbow sleeves will conform to your elbow joint despite variations in bicep and forearm sizes. Designed and tested by 4X World’s Strongest Man, Brian Shaw, to provide an elbow sleeve to fit the demands of his own personal training. Sold in pairs.
How To Choose Your Sleeve Size
1. To select your elbow sleeve size you will measure around the center of your elbow with a straight arm. Do NOT pull the tape overly tight but just enough to measure your elbow joint.
2. If you have very large bicep or forearm muscles, you may want to order one size up.
3. We recommend sizing up if you are becoming familiar with the use of support gear and/or if you will not have someone to assist you in putting on.

They work great, and the sizing chart is really effective!
These are exceptionally long. I’m 5’10 and have normal length arms. While the material is great and compression feels good, I’ll have to go to a wetsuit shop or something and have them cut down to even be usable, frankly.

I used the sizing guide but unfortunately the elbow sleeves were a size too small. Can’t return them so I ordered the next size (2XL) and they fit great. I wanted to support Brian’s company because he’s really just a regular guy who inspires lots of people.

Before using these, i was starting to develop some elbow pain with heavy bench press. The sleves do a fantastic job at keeping my joints warm, and pain free.

I love both Brian and Keri and I think that overall their brand and message is hugely encouraging to not only the strength community, but the population at large. However, I was disappointed with the fitting of the knee and elbow sleeves I ordered. I have ordered two sets of each. One set I ordered based on sizing from another brand and the second I ordered based on their measurement guidance. The first set was definitely too small and the second set definitely too large. This means I would have to order a third set to hope for proper fitment and none of them are able to be returned. This is disappointing because I could have spent a fraction of the money and gotten either an exchange or return possibility afforded to me.

Fitment is an issue. Measured multiple times before and after because of how these sleeves fit. I even ordered a size bigger than measured to make sure that I would get a pair of sleeves I could use. In the past sleeves have ran small for me. Even after getting a larger size I cannot get the larger ones over my forearm. Very disappointing.

Unfortunately I misjudged the sizing of these. The 2XL did not fit the way I thought they would so I unfortunately cannot use them. Not Shaw Strengths fault but just a disappointment that I can’t use the product I purchased.
Matched the size measurement but it doesn't fit for my husband.
They’re great, but run small. I can barely get my arms in and get a workout just trying to put them on. I’d recommend adjusting the sizing chart.

For reference i have about 20inch biceps and something like 15inch forearms. I got the 4xl. I'd maybe go up a size because of how tight they are but honestly tightness is a good thing, very springy and definitely feel it. Great quality stitching and hopefully they last for a couple of years

Little tight when they first arrived but after 3 workouts they fit excellent.
I followed the measuring guide for my brothers birthday present and the sleeves showed up too large
I gave the elbow sleeves a 2 Star because the size chart needs to be redone. But from what I noticed about the elbow sleeves, the material and stitching was top notch. But the size was way too big.
I love the sleeves! However I did follow the recommendation to size up… that didn’t work great for me… the fit my biceps well but they are a bit loose in the forearms. I understand that everyone is built different. It just gives the sensation that they are slipping down… though they aren’t… I’ll just need to grow into them haha. 💪🏼
