I'm 69 years old and I have had back problems for half of my life. I basically had almost totally wasted muscles and had a hard time walking without a cane. I started taking this creatine about 4 months ago and my muscles have come back and I no longer need my cane. I started slow with a cycle platform and then I went to walking. I now walk a mile a day and do weights and bands for my arms and I am just getting better every week. Thank you for this product. You have helped me more than you could ever know. Jayne
The creatine itself is good but the container is designed HORRIBLE. It is tall and skinny, so you cant reach the scoop anymore after using half(especially if you have large hands). It needs to be in a shorter and wider bottle, or at least have a longer handle on the scoop to access the bottom easier.
Products are great. I love the ProVit vitamin pack. The only thing that I didn’t like was if I ordered from Amazon I would’ve have gotten it within a day. I ordered directly from the site with a discount ($3 difference) and it took a week. Besides that I plan to continue ordering products as I journey through my health and weight loss.
I have been taking the creatine for about 6 months and had accidentally canceled my subscription. I just set it up again because this is really helping me to remake my muscles since they were almost non existent before I started. I love this supplement. Thank you for making a plain version with no sweetener or flavor that is not needed. It has no taste and is like drinking plain water.
No issues. Dissolves well even in plain old water if you go that route, but in food or chocolate milk it's definitely not noticeable. Long scoop is a clutch move too, hate getting it all over my hands like most brands force you to do.
Using the creatine (unflavored). So far so good - since using this product daily I’ve hit pbs in all weight routines and feel like I’ve broken through a strength plateau. Idk if using this powder is responsible but I like where this is going and will continue to use.
High quality creatine that dissolves almost completely , very little residue. I feel better with it after the first week however it could also be a placebo effect. I have gained about 3-5 pounds which was unexpected as I want to lose weight.

I have been taking it about 5 days now and after I drink it,I get a nice energy boost. ☺️ I really am excited to drink it in the morning and I do wish to continue receiving it. I do have a question though. I am putting it in 8 oz of room temperature water and I have to keep stirring it while drinking it because it is not dissolving completely. Am I doing something wrong?
