Product Description

A simple but effective training tool to add to your gym bag necessities. Evolution’s Performance Cuff provides support and compression to those nagging injuries, arm or leg, that you are determined to train through. The Performance Cuff 3” version comes in lengths 8” through 20” allowing you to choose the perfect fit for you. We recommend measuring the circumference of the intended body part and then going down one to three sizes, depending on the amount of compression and support you desire. Performance Cuffs are sold as an individual unit.

I have had these for a couple of years. Before I got these I had severe "tennis elbow." Once I started wearing these pain was gone. I do strongman training and comps and I wear these instead of elbow sleeves. I recommend these to everyone with the same problem that I train and come to our gym. The only thing is I wish they were should in pairs, instead of singles. Great product! I am going to try the 5" next to see if I like them as much as the 3." Thanks for years of training without pain!
